Track Orders

Returns and Exchanges

Damaged Goods:

If your package is damaged by the carrier during shipment, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at  CustomerService@beauxcosmetics.com. Please include your order number for the most expedient service. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged item will be replaced.

Returns/Exchange Restrictions:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the unused portion within 30 days and we will gladly refund your account for the full amount of your purchase. If you prefer, you may exchange your purchase for other Beaux Cosmetics Online products. Please return merchandise packed in its original shipping box and follow the instructions on the invoice enclosed with your order to complete your return or exchange.

Only items purchased on BeauxCosmetics.com may be accepted for return or exchange. We will not accept any merchandise purchased from a store. Please note that Beaux Cosmetics eGift Certificates cannot be returned or exchanged. Only the price of the item(s) purchased will be refunded. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.

For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return or exchange for the full value of the merchandise.

Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow up to 10 business days to process your refund and send an e-mail confirmation.

Returning a Gift:

If you are returning or exchanging a gift, please check the box marked “Gift Return” on the back of the invoice.

Orders under $50.00: $6.95, USPS Priority Mail Service; $11.95, UPS 2nd Day Air; $19.95, UPS Next Day Air

Orders over $50.00: Free, USPS Priority Mail Service; $11.95, UPS 2nd Day Air; $19.95, UPS Next Day Air

Please add $10.00 for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Shipping Destination

We currently ship to the United States only. We are unable to ship to international destinations, U.S. territories, hotel addresses and APO/FPO addresses.

Multiple addresses

At this time, we do not ship to more than one address per order.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to apply sales tax to orders (including shipping & handling) for the following states: CA.

Accuracy of Information

We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products but we do not warrant that descriptions, colors, or any other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Color swatches are for representation only. For exact colors, please visit the Beaux Cosmetics counter nearest you.

Track Orders

Order Process Time

We process and ship orders on business days only (Monday through Friday), excluding major holidays. Any orders placed by 3pm EST will be processed and shipped the following day. Orders placed after 3pm EST will be shipped two business days from the date of order. Once orders are submitted they cannot be modified.

Order Confirmation and Tracking Packages

After your order is placed, we will send a confirmation email with a reference number to track your package and its expected date of delivery.

To obtain the status of an order, enter the confirmation number and click Go!.
